Welcome to the Arlington Business Improvement District's second annual Taste of Arlington event page! This year's event will build on the momentum from last year's success, moving from the static location on the Vassar Alumnae Lawn to a neighborhood inclusive walkable culinary trail through the Arlington business district. For this year's TOA, guests will visit participating restaurants along the culinary trail, sampling cuisine from a distinct assortment of eateries unique to the Arlington neighborhood. The Arlington Farmers' Market was started in 1997 by Jeff Horst and Bill Martin. When the Arlington BID came to fruition, the BID became the sponsor and continues in that role today. The market is held Thursdays, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, May 30th through October 31st, on the Vassar Alumnae Flats Lawn on Raymond Avenue. The market has an array of vendors selling local vegetables, fruits, honey, meat, wool products, bake goods, homemade soap and jewelry. For more information, or…
