Street Fair Vender Application

23nd Annual Arlington Street Fair

Saturday, September 16

12 noon to 6 pm, along Raymond Avenue

(Between Collegeview Avenue and the Eastbound Arterial)

 

Featuring Music, Crafts, Food,

 On Stage Entertainment, and rides

Set up time will be from 8 am – 11 am

The committee reserves the right to approve/disapprove all vendors- this decision will be final. 

All vendors must provide a current tax I. D. Number

Vendors must provide tent, tables & chairs

Vendors cannot break down before closing time. 

*****ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMITT CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE NAMING 

 ARLINGTON BID, PO BOX 2904, POUGHKEEPIE, NY 12603 AS ADDITIONAL INSURED  

            FOOD VENDORS – You must provide your permit from the health dept. or you will not be allowed to set up the morning of the fair.

 

No confirmation letters are sent out.  You will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance as a vendor. There are no refunds once application and payment received.

Please note the size of the spaces.  If you have a trailer, including the hitch, which is longer than 12’ you will need to pay for two spaces.

There will be NO ELECTRIC AVAILABLE. We also do not allow generators on the street.
