Set up time will be from 8 am – 11 am
The committee reserves the right to approve/disapprove all vendors- this decision will be final.
All vendors must provide a current tax I. D. Number
Vendors must provide tent, tables & chairs
Vendors cannot break down before closing time.
*ALL VENDORS MUST SUBMIT CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE NAMING ARLINGTON BID, PO BOX 2904, POUGHKEEPSIE, NY 12603 AS ADDITIONALLY INSURED
Food Vendors – You must provide your permit from the health dept. or you will not be allowed to set up the morning of the fair.
No confirmation letters are sent out. You will receive an email confirming your acceptance as a vendor.
*We will contact you the week prior to the fair with your set-up time and space number via email only.
